By accessing MGIC's MiQ platform, you represent that you are authorized by an MGIC Master Policy holder to obtain a mortgage insurance premium rate quote for a loan application or a loan that may be originated by such Master Policy holder (the "Permitted Purpose"), and that the company-assigned email address and/or NMLS ID number entered upon access to the platform are your true and correct information. You also acknowledge and agree that you will not use the MiQ platform for any purpose other than the Permitted Purpose.
